My heater does not work (anymore), what can I do?

Despite all the care in the production of the Nordic Fire stoves, it is possible that something is not right. Your Nordic Fire dealer will professionally repair the defect after you have contacted him. In such a way that the fireplace functions perfectly again.

If necessary, your dealer can call in the Nordic Fire service department to repair the defect on your stove.

Can I purchase a stove directly from Nordic Fire?
